On Back Order

The On BackOrder option displays sales orders with unfilled Back Order requests. The back order information is updated when:

Process Sales Orders is run
Process Back Orders is run
Transactions for Service Manager, Job Costing, Warehouse Transfer Outwards or Work Orders are activated

The Warehouse Summary tab displays this information in summarized form by warehouse.
